We have a firmwide dedication to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices into our core activities.  

While our focus is on performance, our commitment is broad. We are involved members of the communities where we live, work, and invest.

Accomplishments

GRESB

For six consecutive years, our Canadian directly managed portfolio—spanning office, industrial, retail, and residential assets—has outperformed benchmark averages. In 2025, QuadReal achieved a four-star rating and ranked fourth out of 17 in the Canadian Core Diversified peer group and eighth out of 109 in the Americas Diversified category, reinforcing our leadership in ESG.
